POLICY

When booking with KAYULU♡BEAUTY there is a non-refundable deposit of half of the service you have selected, once you’ve made your deposit you will receive a confirmation text or email to confirm the status of your upcoming appointment. If you have chosen to cancel your appointment, you have 72 hours prior to the appointment date to cancel or there will be a cancellation fee of $15. If you have been exposed to COVID and/or have flu-like symptoms please reconsider booking an appointment or reschedule. The safety and health of my clients is of my utmost priority and I will be taking precautions of sanitation to ensure safety.
